Hi!

I have been having been having trouble breathing for a couple of years, at one point it got so bad I just kept sleeping. I went to the doctor and he diagnosed me with asthma. Shortly there after I started getting a sharp burning pain in my shoulder and my hands and feet started becoming tingly (now an everyday thing). Then for the last year chest has been hurting (starting in the middle going to one side or the other at different times (nothing seems to help much). I have had migraines off and on since i was a child but now they are an every day occurence and even using an inhaler I still have trouble breathing. My depression is worse than ever because of being sick. I have been really weak and tired. I feel like if I didnt have the Lords help I would not be able to stand. I have stopped myself from passing out several times and I can feel my body dying around me. I have had a couple of test done, they found I have fibrocystic disease of the breast, my gallbladder spasms and blood pressure that drops while I am standing. I havent been able to think clearly. I have been to the er several times the last time my bloodwork came back positive for a bloodclot but the ct of my chest and abdomen showed nothing but a kidney stone which is normal for me. I have tried cutting my hair for the headaches (did not help), tried stopping my caffeine intake (did not help), now trying to take in less dairy products (have also been feeling nauseaus and feel like I cant eat) helped some but very little.
I even tried to convince myself I am crazy, mind over matter and not thinking about it! I have had doctors ask me if I was having a panic attack, it does not feel like my panic attacks (i have learned to control them). I admit I have PTSD but none of these are normal for me! My doctor also thinks my adrenline is too high and he says my vitamin d is to low. I forgot my last drs appt and now I just feel like giving up! does anyone else have something similar?

Welcome to the forum kagome.

I don't know much about asthma, but I doubt it has much to do with your gallbladder, kidney or fibrocysts.

Cutting hair for migraines? You might start keeping a good diary for that though, as some people have food and chemical intolerances that cause it. http://www.learningtarget.com/nosulfites/index.htm

Low blood pressure on standing up is common in young people, especially women. Have you seen a cardiologist? Ask him if you need aspirin or something for the clotting.

Have you seen someone besides ER docs for the gallbladder?

Vitamin D - how low? Should be 50 to 80. For every 1 unit you are low, add 100 IU to what you already get in vitamin and calcium. You need vitamin K, magnesium and zinc for the D to work. K is mainly in leafy greens.
