Hi,

New to this forum. But it sure seems like the right place to be as I need some advice. I've been very very itchy for a few yrs now. Back, face, scalp, and groin area. Have tried ketoconazole, am rifing for lyme coinfection, have taken zyrtec, benydryl, both of these do nothing, hydroxyzine (which sort of helps, but makes me extremely constipated and very exhausted). Will try Claritin tonight and have just read about Xolair. Am wondering if any of you have had treatment will Xolair for itching. What kind of side effects does it have?

The derm doesn't do a thing for me because this itch is not anything he can see. The allergist did a skin patch test but can't find that I'm allergic to anything. But I know that I have food sensitivities, cause if I don't eat I'm better. Have lost too many lbs and am beginning to look like a skeleton. I can't stand this itching. I've tried every cream, capsacian, number creams, menthol, anti itch creams, and have changed my laundry det and hand soap. Many of my clothes I can't wear anymore. Would do better If I could be without clothes all the time. Crazy, because even though I feel tired much of the time, I feel good other than this awful itch. I've become gluten free, no carbs, no sugar, basically the candida diet. I've tried parasite cleansing (8 back to back) and am currently using a rife machine for a supposed lyme coinfection. I can't stand to be around anyone, and heat makes me very itchy.

Does anyone know what to do, what kind of doc to see, what meds to take?

Thanks for reading this most depressing of posts. Please help if you can. nan

If you have been so itchy and tried so many different remedies..for your allergies and still your condition has not improved..please consult a physician or an allergy specialist as soon as possible. :-)
