Hi everyone and happy Friday :) Long story short, Monday was perhaps one of the worst days of my life, I almost got fired, lost funding for my graduate school and got screamed at by my adviser. Since then my asthma has been acting out but not too bad. Today basically i had tightness in my chest all day, even after i use my rescue inhaler, 2 hours later the tightness is back. I have not felt this bad since before I started any meds. Keep in mind basically nothing have changed in my life, except the stress.
Could it really be? is it a coincidence?
I still havnt recovered from that day but i m getting better ...

"Can stress make my asthma this bad?"

no way to answer that question with any degree of certainty -

but it's pretty easy to assume that stress will definitely make it worse - no doubt about that -

happy cloudless and hopefully sunny Saturday turn
dx'd with pancolitis 12/21/03
in submission - 2 + years no meds
current supplements:probiotics, vit D, cal/mag, Psyllium Seed powder/Heather's Acacia fiber/ L-Glutamine/Hemp powder slurry 2x/week- no gluten, rice, corn, or soy & limited sugar - just good, healthy food, lots of all natural well water, exercise, sleep as much as possible & enjoy this great life that God has blessed me with :-)

I am going to see my allergist on Thursday. I hope my asthma did not get any worse...
