I tried it. Got a little help from it (the amino acids treatment helped most), but it caused other issues for me (developed a sensitivity to corn from the treatment for grains). So I don't recommend doing treatments for any broad categories if you aren't allergic to most of the stuff in the category (e.g., I was only sensitive to oats but did the grain mix, when I should have only done the oats treatment).
The website says it works for about 80% of people who try it. There are a lot of practitioners trying to take shortcuts with the protocol and that increases the failure rate.
