There are loads of posts and threads on sulfite sensitivity here. Just put some words into the search box at the top of the page.
Generally, for most of us who have a sensitivity and not the "true" allergy, you can eat anything that doesn't have a LARGE amount of sulfite. There are lists all over the web. You'll find a bunch of links in the threads in the archives - see search box.
I don't know anything about heat agglutination. Sorry.
Were you tested for other allergies?
