Welcome to the forum, Suresh.
I'm certainly not a doctor, but I don't know how you could possibly be allergic to ALL proteins and be alive. Not only that, but allergies don't go away all that often and there's no cure. You can take antihistamines or get allergy shots or avoid the foods, but there's no magic.
So, you need to figure out the list of things you react to, what the reactions are, and how everything is related.
First, have you seen an allergist for testing to see what's going on?
What sort of symptoms do you have? Rash? Swelling in the throat? Upset stomach or gastric reflux?
How soon after eating does the reaction start?
My allergist had me start with keeping a food journal, writing down everything I ate or drank, the time, all medicines, reactions and the time again.
Wheat, eggs and chicken are common food allergens. An allergist can easily do a skin test for them. I don't know what kind of sprouts you are referring to. There are many.
When you get a list of your allergens you can Google them with "food allergies" and maybe find what they have in common.
