Can seasonal allergies cause lightheadedness? Or kind or a off balance woozy feeling. I hadn't thought of this problem being allergies but given my stuffy nose, sore throat, itchy red eyes in the morning, maybe this lightheaded feeling is part of it all?

BDL - In a word, yes!

Are you seeing an allergist?

Or a touch of BPPV. (Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo). Many people with allergies get it every once in awhile, and there's not a lot you can do for it. It does cause the "woozie / nauseous" feeling you mentioneed, too. IF it ever hits bad (and it may never do this), you'll know it, as you'll be extremely dizzy and sick feeling. It will not be pleasant.. You should just sit upright in a chair with head straight until it passes. Within a day or so, it will go away completely. You may want to buy some Bonine and have it on hand, in case you need it.
