Do you have something that you do in particular to make yourself feel better, when your head's all stuffed up and you're sneezing and perhaps having problems with asthma?  Do you just go to bed and sleep the day away, do you brew yourself up a cup of tea, or maybe a warm bowl of soup to open the sinuses?

Let me know what you do to feel better, maybe it will help someone else!

Hugs, Teri tongue

I really don't have anything specific that I do, however, staying indoors relaxing and a warm shower sounds good! tongue

Hey Teri good idea for a topic!

When my head gets really stuffed, swollen, and achy feeling I use a facial sauna / vaporizer with Vicks in it to loosen everything up! It will usually help the swelling that I get in my neck and glands...also with the sinus areas. Vicks Vapor Shot works very well for me also...

Hope to hear some more suggetions!

You know Shelley, that's exactly what I do too! :) And here I thought I was an odd one for using the facial sauna for sinuses/allergies lol Sometimes I just take an allergy pill and drink something warm to help the throat. My allergies don't hit me too hard in the nose area but my eyes and throat always itch something fierce.

Teri 16 get out of the house and go for a walk...breathe in the air and look at the wonder of nature around you.Pace yourself and do as much as your allergy can cope with but be positive and dont let asthma rule your life.Once you are in control of your asthma It will get better. Its hard I know to begin with...pounding heart and wheezing but the more exercise you gradually take the more your lungs will love it for that is their job....they will love the extra oxygen coming into them....dont be afraid you will suprise yourself....luv GROOVEY
