As you might know, allergies are a sign of a poor immune reaction. I exercise, eat right, rest and do all sorts of things to avoid allergies.

Our weather has been going back and forth a lot. I have lost my appetite, feel exhausted and have these awful chills.

hope the chills go away as I really hate them.

best wishes to all

Hope you are continuing to improve, Joan. Do you think it has something to do with the change of seasons?

yes it has been warm and then cold and then warm and then cold and it is very hard to adjust to. also since people stay indoor more during the cold weather, then the sickness just persists and passed around from one to another. the kids are back in school and spreading their germs. many times some of the schools around here just close down since so many are sick. professional cleaners come in and use clorax all over the place washing down desks, walls and floors and windows to clean up the mess.

I love the fall but it does have its hazards.

I am okay but pretty tired.
