I got bit by something about 9 months ago. It itched like crazy then started to heal, but now I get these itchy red bumps in the same spot almost every day. It seems fine during the day but then at night flares up to be super itchy again. During the day its almost smooth skin and you can't tell, but then at night, one bump shows up then another and another. Sometimes just one or two and sometimes 8-10. Anyone ever have this kind of reaction?

I had a reaction like that when I was bitten by a deer tick. I was just finishing up treatment for Lyme disease and this was a re-infection. Do you have any other symptoms?

my theory is that the bite triggered a response, and now something in your diet, or something like soaps, lotions, etc, or who knows what, are mirroring whatever toxin was in that initial bug bite - the site of the bite is where it focuses -

it's kinda like that magnetic affect my body has when i whack something with my elbow or knee - 2 hours later it seems like things just come out of nowhere aimed right at that knee or elbow to inflict further pain -
dx'd with pancolitis 12/21/03
current supplements:probiotics, vit D, cal/mag, Psyllium Seed powder/Heather's Acacia fiber/ L-Glutamine/Hemp powder slurry 1x/week - grain free/paleoish diet that includes 100% grass fed beef, raw goat milk, & local eggs, lots of all natural well water, exercise, sleep as much as possible & enjoy this great life that God has blessed me with :-)
