I am new to having food allergies and now I have no idea what to eat. I just had my first batch of allergy testing done so that my daughter could go gluten-free as she has UC and we wanted to see if it helped.
I already knew I had environmental allergies but wanted to test for different nuts and grains as this would be a big part of the gluten-free diet. Long story short, she has no allergies but I have alot. Peanut, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, wheat, soy, sesame seed, sunflower seed and corn and the allergist said to only eat cooked veggies. Oh yah and I am type 2 diabetic so Salad was a staple for me.
