Hi,
my son who is now 7 is allergic to nuts, eggs, wheat, lentils, maize, barley (basically all whole grains) etc.etc.
He gets rashes and itchy skin if exposed.
I need opinion from other parents , If I can start to feed him a tiny bit of lentils ??
How do I go ahead if I want him to start trying some of the foods e is allergic to?
He get no protein in diet . He is not allergic to chicken but he doesnot like it .
Thanks for taking out time to respond.
A Mom.

You MUST get protein in his diet! I hope you have an allergist helping you!

How about other beans? Rice? Gluten-free oats?

What about other meats? I often use ground chicken in chili or make patties like hamburgers. It makes nice meatballs too. It doesn't taste like turkey and is half the price of beef.

You have to try one food after another and find foods he can eat.
