Hi all,
I have allergies and sinus issues in past ,this season anytime I go outside I get ear itch and feel something crawling in ear.

Is this normal.
Also my throat feel weird and itchy.

I have taken nasal sprays and cetrizine in past .

I do not anymore.

What should I try .
.that can help me.

I do not have insurance so cheaper generics and OTC can help.

Pls see I know you are not a doc.

It's just cant go and see ENT right now .

Any suggestions...that works for you...

Appreciate your help. yeah

my suggestion would be to try changing your diet - often if you have allergies, foods can be contributing - I do well avoiding grains - doesn't completely eliminate the problem, but it makes things so much better -

OTC antihistamines can often help with symptoms such as these. Claritin, Zyrtec and several others are available without prescription and in generic brands. I take Zyrtec daily, and the cheapest place I have found to buy it is Sam's Club - either in the store or on line.
