I have expired budesonide(generic for pulmicort) inhalation suspension vials for the nebulizer. Expired 12-23-14. Thankfully I have not needed them. But I do today for a chronic cough. They are almost two years expired. Are they safe to use as i know some of these products have a much longer shelf life than indicated on the box. The foil packages are sealed.
Any help would be appreciated.

You might want to call your pharmacy seeing since it's almost 2 years old.
