I get hives when i work up a sweat. It only happens in winters for some reasons. Its really frustrating. have anybody else experience similar symptoms? Any suggestions for treatment, supplements, anything that helps?

Have you tried antihistamines? If so, which ones? Some people see improvement from them, but some don't. Benadryl may work the best - if they are going to work for you - but it's not practical to take multiple times a day, every day. Zyrtec (or generic equivalent) works well for some people.

i'm on seroquel, 50 mg, for anxiety. It blocks histamine receptors as well. Since i started taking it there's been a significant relief to my allergy symptoms. just in case, how much antihistamines are safe to take to manage allergy. one a day? This is a seasonal occurrence for me, so one a day for say 2 months, is that okay?
