Food substitutes?

Hi, I am allergic to

-Milk
-all Nuts
-corn
-Wheat
-Rice
-Spelt
-Watermelon
-Eggs (yolk and white)
-Quinoa
-Rye
*most of these are 3-5 on a 1-5 scale*

Do you know of any subs for cheese, flour to bake with, and eggs thats SUPER allergy friendly?

What sort of test showed that? Blood tests aren't very reliable. Skin tests - 3 may not mean anything. 5 is the only one I would be sure of.

My blood tests showed I was allergic to peanuts, but I eat peanut butter all the time with no problem.

Allergic reaction can show up if you have eaten the food the day before the test. All sorts of other reasons. Do you actually react to those foods?
