Hi everyone. I have been a victim of Vertigo for 8 years and counting. My dizziness never stops and I constantly feel scared and worried. I can't really do much physical activities. I feel nauseous sometimes. Anybody know the cause of the long-term Vertigo is and if there is any treatments? Please let me know thank you !

Hi Johnny, have you seen a doctor for this?
Fibromyalgia, CFS, MCS, scoliosis, herniated disks, spinal stenosis, osteoarthritis, sjorgens, sleep apnea, asthma, allergies, headaches, and reflux. On a regiment of different supplements including sleep supplements. I eat nutritiously and perform prescribed stretches twice daily.

Might be good to check with an Ear-Nose-Throat doctor to find the cause of your vertigo.

Allergies can cause chronic vertigo, and a sinus decongestant with an antihistamine may be helpful.

Also, sometimes there can be a vertebra out of alignment in the neck that can cause vertigo. Consulting a chiropractor may help.
