I've been in my room most of the time for a year. Sometimes i would go out and play basketball but i didn't get the exercise i would use to before this time "Decided to do something homey instead of going to school or have a regular part time job.
Basically, I felt like i couldn't take a good deep breath. I noticed i check whether or not i can get that good deep breath. I've read so many forums and i read it might be anxiety.
This is what I have..
I'm "highly" allergic to pollens, i do get hay fever, post nasal drips and liquid drip out of my nose.
I have scoliosis but mild. I'm only 23 ears old and it's not progressive.
I do take a deep breath and it never feels satisfied. I always feel like there's something in my chest that's blocking it. It gets hard to swallow sometimes. My throat gets tight every once in a while but hasn't been tight in a long while.
My initial thought was that it was all allergies but i'm not so sure because sometimes i have liquids come back into my throat like i'm regurgitating. But this doesn't happen so often.
Like now when I take a deep breath, it just sucks.
I use to feel like i was going to die so i would hyperventilate.
It's gottten better because i exercise but when i play basketball for a couple hours there's a limit as though my lungs can't keep up with my exercise. I want to keep going and my body isn't even tired. But it feel this sensation like when i'm breathing hard, i feel this sensation that something is getting stuck in my chest and i so i would take a deep breath to feel that nice "okay you're alright." This serious pissed me off because i feel like my oxygen was getting block!!! and i'm just so fustrated and feel super useless.. Can anyone help me?
Idk whether it can be Allergies, GERD or just plain anxiety...when i exercise i just have that stupid "closing in my chest" feeling when i take a deep breath so i stop because i feel like it's going to close. inhalers don't work and antihistamines are eh. Nothing has work. Went to the doctor a million times and he says i'm perfectly healthy. I exercise and have a good nutritional diet. I'm also a bit underweight by 3 pounds
