Which Covid Vaccines are safe for people with sulphites allergies?

For what it's worth -

I have sulphite allergies, but my reaction is more minor - red dots / rash and itchiness all over my body. I had no reactions from the Pfizer vaccines or booster.

You probably need answers from folks with more severe allergies than mine. Good luck!
