Hi bedwedge. smile This is really a question you need to ask your doctor. Any prolonged use of antibiotics has it's risks such as the inability of fighting off future infections.

hi
have you been diagnosed with copd? had a lung function test? are you on oxygen? if no, you might want to check with your doctor about having a lung test done, also,a sleep test study done too. i have chronic bronchtis and severe asthma(copd) and have sleep apnea.which requires a cpap, and i have oxygen at night, for my level is under 66. my huband has copd, and but oxygen fine at night, and he has a cpap, and cannot sleep much due to coughing. he has tried everyithing the doctors recommend, however he also has heart disease. i urge you to seek a doctor's help on this matter.
