does any1 have any idea how 2 prevent ur lungs from drying out when u exercise and stuff

Patience smile Someone will come along soon to answer your question. I am just curious, can you handle moisture with your asthma? Because I remember seeing somewhere, I can't remember for the life of me, a mist machine that goes over your mouth like an oxygen mask. Do you have any idea what I'm talking about?

yea i think its called a vaporizer but i dont know but i havnt tried it yet so if anyone knows what it is and if it helps ill ask my doctor about it thanks and what can i do to prevent an asthma attack befor exercising and from my lungs drying out other than using that machine
