i was diagnosed with food allergies 5 years ago from the skin prick test.  oranges, eggs, peas, carrots, bananas tomatoes, potaotes, all kinds of nuts (except peanuts), wheat, melons. also lots and lots of trees and grass pollens. i tested from levels 1-4.
five years later i get my first rast blood test and got the terrible results. Now i can officially add peaches, lettuce, strawberries, cauliflower, garlic, onions, grapes, rice and corn. and also PEANUTS and LATEX!!!!
i've been short of breath for 5 years and wonder if i've been having daily mild anaphylaxis. when i went to a chinese food restaurant a couple years ago, i had to run to the emergency room because i was short of breath. they checked my oxygen level and said it was at 100 percent so i must be hyperventilating.
the test results measure by KU/L and I don't even know what that means. so now i'm freaking out cause i can't eat anything but chicken, beef and shrimp. i even have a slight allergy to shrimp too. i'm already very underweight and I feel like i'm starving!!!!!
also, if anyone knows how to read the tests, my highest level for food allergies was 6.64 which was the peanut.
my highest level for pollens was ryegrass which was 98.20!!!!!

Wow, you do have extreme allergies don't ya? I don't have any advice for you, I only have some mild food allergies. But I'm sure someone can come along and answer your questions.
