Home remedies sometimes are a dime a dozen. The one I've heard about is Honey. You take a teaspoon a day of locally made honey. Does this work for anyone out there? and what time of year is best to get the honey, Fall or Spring? Dark or Light honey?
Honey is supposed to be good for allergies, unless your allergic to bee's.
Anyone use honey? scool

I can't have honey due to other health situations but I have used other by products from bees such as bee pollen and bee propolis. I believe that natures little honey bee is a miraclous little insect. So it wouldn't surprise me to hear that honey has such great health benefits. I believe I read somewhere that the light honey is better for you. And I would think that spring would be a better time because in the fall, the bees have collected their nectar and it takes a while for the bees to process it.

RAW honey is the best, because it keeps all the live cultures without being cooked away. raw honey is found in more a butter like texture-it becomes more liquid when cooked
