Hi everyone,

Although there may be products that may help you cope with symptoms, I truly honestly believe that if people focused on what they ingest in their body or what toxins they expose them self to they may find that their symtoms would mostly be caused by unnatural things. I find this has helped me.

MP,

I couldn't agree with you more!!!  Two and a half years ago I was almost at a death wish...I had had been to every doctor possible and even naturopathic one.  When I began I took out gluten, that was helpful, but I was still only able to function for a couple hours a day.  Had colonoscopies, endos, blood test after test...on and on.  I was told I had mastocystosis, leaky gut, allergies, IBS, you name it I was tested for it!  But, nothing was consistant.  After two years of struggling everyday with every kind of doctor I decided that was was going to eat only all natural foods!  I dropped everything that had more than a few ingredients in it and if I didn't know what the ingredient was then I wasn't going to eat it.

Six month later and continuing on, I eat only lettuce, tomatos, natual salad dressing, some nuts, and a few different fruits.  Sometimes homemade salsa and corn tortilla chips.  It's working great for me!!!  If you'd of asked me last year at this time if I ever thought I'd get better I would definately told you no.  But I just kept plugging away at it and taking more and more foods out and finally figured it out!

BASICALLY IT COMES DOWN TO ONE WORD...CHEMICALS!!!!

My motto, if you couldn't eat eat it a hundred years ago, you shouldn't eat it now!

Oh, one more thing...I also suffered with severer anxiety and depression for about 15 years!  All gone!  I'm only 33 so thank God I figured it out!  So many things got better when I got rid of the chemicals in my body!!!

I highly receommend it to everyone!

Take care and keep natural!

Shelley

Just a note that.. you have to be careful with the produce too, if you don't know if its always truly organic then it could have chemicals. Plus you'll need a lot of vitamins to supplement this kind of diet. I think this could work for some people but they would have to be very careful of what they buy. Good luck to those of you trying this!
wish this could work for me yeah

I'm was very happy to read your post Shelley. I am so happy things worked out well for you. I'll remember your motto. It has taken me years to adjust and adapt to my ever changing diet, but it is getting easier and more enjoyable as time passes. I'm almost to a point where all I eat is what I prepare. My diet contains of many grains, seeds, nuts, beans, peas, vegetables, and fruits.

Chartreux you make a good point about produce. The mentality I had all along was to do 'less harm to myself' in terms of what I eat. Although I do take occasionally, I believe vitamins and supplements are not needed with this kind of diet. I'm sorry to hear this doesn't seem to have helped you.

I've talked with a true Vegan and they do supplement their diets with vitamins and minerals and I just though everyone should know. He has been a Vegan for over 20 years and there are very very few restaurants that they can go out to eat at and he grows some stuff so he'd know that it's chemical free too...
Just though I'd share.
Take care and good luck with what your doing.
This is a hard diet to follow

Hi,

I've had ear disease and hearing loss for three years now.

I have serious mold and dust mite allergies and have been on immune therapy for almost a year without alot of relief. I finally figured out that after eating the toxic chemical Monosodium Glutimate I would get seriously worse.  Aspertame is another poison these Big business ******s poison the food with.  The F.D.A food and drug administration put poison in the food to make you sick so they can turn right aroung and sell you some drugs.  They are the dope pushers of society!!  After steering clear of any food additives I feel soooo much better now :-)   A helpful link about this topic www.truthinlabeling.org

I'm happy to hear from everyone!

I do stay away from fruits such as apples and bananas!  Most apples if they aren't organic are shot with coloring and waxed to make them look more inviting.  YUCK!  It's crazy how foods that are supposed to be good for you, can actually be so bad!

This diet has truly helped me turn my life around...MP I really hope it's helping you.  Have you ever read the book Natural Cures?  I personally haven't read it from top to bottom, but flipped through it and saw that I was doing exactly what the author was suggesting.

I do take organic supplements...they are very expensive, but well worth my money.  I also drink vitamin B drinks that are very helpful!  (they have artificial sweetners in them, but I'm not loading my body with other artificial stuff, so I seem to do good with these)

Also, when I've been around chemicals...I get migraine headaches and have found that there are color free, dye free ibuprophen out there.  (Walgreens)  Yes, I know these aren't natural either, but it seems that the less toxins that go in your body, the better you feel!

Good luck to you!
