Yes
Any type of illness can make you tired, it just seems to hit you harder when you have asthma.
Good Luck, Take a vitamin C and Take Care

Angel,

Definetly, a sinus infection can make you more tired than usual. That is very normal. Your, body is working overtime to get rid of the infection. Keep taking the antibotics, plenty of rest, drink lot of fluids. And the tireness will decrease once the antibotics start taking affect. Best wishes! yeah
