Hi-I sometimes get a sore throat redface from clearing my throat so much due to excess phlegm from my asthma.  Also if I am not really careful about rinsing everytime I use Advair I can get a scratchy/sore throat.  do not know if these pertain to you

good luck

Yes! But usually only when my allergies are at their worse. Your sinuses drain constantly down the back of your throat especially when allergies/sinuses are horrible, so it leads to constant irritation. Keep an eye on it, docs say that allergies don't lead to illnesses but I find that hard to believe sometimes. So if you start running a fever, you might want to make an appt with your doc. To help with the sore throat, try gargling with warm salt water and use saline nasal spray. This will help rid your throat and sinuses of all that phlegmy gunk.

Hello Everyone! :-) Angela, Yes I do have that once in awhile. Sore throat and nothing else. I believe it is from the Advair I take. Like the other person said If I don't wash my mouth out after using my Advair I do get a sore throat. Coughing also due to my asthma will definetly give me a sore throat. cool
