histamine

welli welli welli i think i found my problem... i have allergic reactions which cause my body to produce histamine when i have contact with them... my nose n eyes swell up... and even sumtimes my Fingers r swollen and my knuckles are red and hands r more pale... juste like face... my face in morning is pale with redness. i also read i get my black rings because of the histamine production. when i get my reaction, i bend my head forewards and feel alot of pressure in my nose mostly, alot more than usual. anyone has an opinion on this? i take benadryl n helps... but i cant stand taking 4 of these per day, i get too sleepy and dizzy.. thanks alot
