cold weather and asthma

Just because we have asthma it does not mean we have to stay out of the cold air all together.
Wearing a Scarf can help protect you.
There is a good scarf out there: Respro Bandit Scarf Its about 35.00 dollars U.S.
If you can't afford this then I suggest any type of scarf can offer some protection okay.

Basically wear a scarf around your mouth when entering cold weather.  Don't let asthma stop you from going outside when its cold. Nice warm winter gear should help out alot. Happy Holidays! Brandi.
