I have had asthma all my life, and have always needed medication to control it. My peak flow reading is usually between 350-380, anything below 350 and I would need to see my gp. I read that cranberry has something in it which is used to treat asthma, and thought I would give it a go. I took tablets, 2000mg of cranberry extract powder, and what a difference it has made. My peak flow reading is now up to 430-450, and I feel much better.
