At the pharmacy they gave me I think a 120 dose inhaler when I use a 30 dose one. I have been using it longer than the 45 days it suggests because my insurance isn't effective for another two weeks. Yesterday I had an asthma attack. I am just wondering is it ok to use this a little longer than suggested? Thanks for any and all replies. God bless.

I'm not sure if using an expired steroid is either good or bad but my gut instinct tells me that it should be ok (short term) but it might not have the desired effect that you are aiming for meaning it might lose it's potency. The best bet would be to call your pharmacist and ask them.
