Recent news indicate that Ginkgo is useless against dementia. My mom has been on it for over 4 months and um.. the first week seemed to be a miracle in the making but then nothing good happened. She seems confused as ever and now even talks to herself.
CoQ-10, Vitamin E, and Fish oil was always mentioned with Ginkgo as the supplements to take. Rather than buying all 3 for my mom with existing dementia, can anyone give testimonies of which is better if I were to get just one for her to take. I would love to hear some positive stories. Thanks much.
