Having a fun issue...

She is getting up in middle night of while I sleep and unlocking the front door, then leaving the door open and returning to bed. I have the back door that leads to the wash room and laundry room with a chain and the child proof door knobs, as a try to see if she could get past them. I dont know how she is getting them undone, but she is freeing the chain and going out that door too. Any ideas on how to secure the doors shut?

I agree with Snowy. Install a keyed lock high up on the door and either keep the key in the lock (and hopefully she won't see it) or take the key out. You can also install a security chain high up as well.
