Hi Everyone,
I'm an undergraduate student and I'm doing a project on the experience of caring for a family member with Alzheimer's Disease for my honors thesis.  Part of my research project is a caregiver survey and I was hoping some of you would be willing to participate by taking my survey. It's very short -about 9 questions-and wouldn't take longer than 5-10 minutes to complete.

You can access it at this URL : http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/YP8Q6YN

Any information that is obtained in connection with my study and that can identify participants will remain confidential and I've obtained the Healing Well administrator's approval to post this survey.
I'd appreciate it immensely. Thank you.
