Hello everyone

My name is Elissa, and I am an MBA student at the Wharton School studying healthcare management.

Five other students and myself are working with a physician at John’s Hopkins to develop a service for Alzheimer’s patients to receive consultations, clinical support, and caregiver education from an academic medical center via telemedicine In this case telemedicine is defined as videoconferencing with a health service professional from your home or local physician’s office.

This service could improve access and quality of the services provided to Alzheimer’s patients and caregivers. We would love to get your opinion. If you have five minutes, we would be very grateful if you would be willing to fill out a quick survey about the service.
