I think the problem with this is that it seems too unbelievable... I mean cutting calories reverse or halt this disease?
But that is the case and has been shown for many years now, around 70 years infact. The protein that gets upregulated in the brain is SIRT1, and is present in all plants and animals, so its very likely that cutting calories would have a big impact for Alzheimer's disease in humans.
