Hi all, not feeling really interested in the things I do... OCDing about my life/brain/weight... always the same crap, but luckily my psychiatrist is changing my meds from SEroquil 400mg to Abilify 10mg so maybe I'll feel better some time soon... anyone wanna chat just send me a msg or something... jeez life sucks.

Sorry you feeling down but it was good to see you Pdoc is responding by switching meds.  I hope this does the trick for you.

Keep posting here. There is something comforting about baring your soul to the members of A & P and still being able to be anonymous.

My experience with depression is...I can analyze and agonize all I want...but if my meds aren't right...nothing is right. Once my meds are fixed, everything seems to magically work. My problems seem manageable. I'm not saying meds are the answer for everyone--everyone is different and I know some people don't like them. I also see a psychologist to talk about some bad habits I have and some negative ways of looking at things. But if you can fix your meds, thing'll look better. Good luck:)

I agree with all good input. If your meds aren't right, you won't be right. Don't give up. It took me severals different meds at differing doses before I felt "right".
Things will look & feel totally different & better once your meds are "right". Good Luck!
