Katy how are you! Thats a hard question i just asked my PDOC a similiar question. She said all of these anti-anxiety meds are pretty much the same! one might cause upset stomach while another might cause dry mouth. One might cause insomnia where another may cause you to basically hybernate like a bear!(lol) She said you just have to keep trying them until you find the one for you!! Good Luck Sunshine!!

Hey Katy, that is a tough one.............Nanners is also looking for one that does not upset tummy.  If you already have a problem with a delicate stomach then it is even harder.
I guess I would talk it through with my physician and make sure he/she knows to start you at a low dose and go up slowly.  That way you may be able to get past some of the normal side effect of getting onto the med.
Hugs to you and keep posting

Hi Katy I too have Crohns and a very sensitive tummy. And so far Valium and Xanax have been helpful. Neither upsets my stomach. I am to start a lose dose of Prozac soon too, but will wait till after my trip so that I don't have an upset tummy on the trip. Zoloft really upset my tummy.
