Rant away Dottie!!! I do it all the time, that's what we are here for.  It's must be really frustrating to have your anxiety all over the place and to have doctors say there is "nothing wrong".  Hello? I beg to differ...anxiety/panic is something wrong, don't let them belittle you.

Are you on any meds that can help with the shaking??? Or is that causing the fog feeling? I wish I had some really great advice for you but I think you already said it "this too shall pass" try and focus on the good days and if you don't have enough maybe talk to a professional about it, hugs sweetie xxx keep us posted xx

I alone can do this, but I cannot do it alone.

So sorry to see you're going through some rough times.

Do you do anything for relaxation, such as exercises? I have spoken to a few folks who have taken up activities like jogging, yoga, and in some cases, sporting activities like tennis to help center themselves. I myself like to go for walks around the city. Physical activities can do wonders for many people in helping the brain to find peace.

Either way, hang in there. You're not alone, you're not crazy, and your only sin is being human :) HIV/AIDS Forum Moderator

i don't think anyone can really understand what your going through unless they have it are they live with someone that does, most people think anxiety aw its just stress they don't realize all the physical problems you have with it can be really bad sometimes, i know at first i thought it was the end and i had something really bad wrong with me, but talking to friends on here has saved my life. its really hard to accept that anxiety is all it is sometimes.

I am glad you can come here and let out all those pent up feelings.  I can only imagine how bad you feel on days when you cannot get out of bed.
Are you are any meds for the anxiety>  How about a therapist?  You may have said in the past but it has been a while and my brain is on vaction sometimes.
Don't give up will take you far and please take good care of you.  Keep on posting here as the members love to help and support.
