lowered dosage to 112 or whatever it is when you take one of the big ones and one of the little ones in teh sample package. Yup, I'm on the sample band wagon for a little longer.

Now I just have the rest of the laundry list to deal with....arthritis in my hands (in particular), what appears to be a viral thing in my throat, quitting smoking (without losing weight like a freak), and of course, the old stand by, keeping the Crohn's in remission.

Doc wants to check that the arthritic stuff isn't rheumatoid activity. I doubt it. It's been there for a long time, this year just happens to be particularly bad for some reason. One of the joys of living in WA where the weather can't make up its mind this time of year. You don't spend half of 31 years abusing the crap out of your joints playing violin and dancing without paying for it somehow. I've been considering taking tai chi for some of the limbering benefits. Might help with the whole stress/anxiety thing, too.

We'll see if everything stays on the up and up...here goes nothing. tongue

If it will help to remove the darkness."

I am glad to hear you are doing so well and yes the weather in the Northwest is a bit wild at times.  I have a son in Oregon.

Thank you for the update and I pray your health stays well.
