I have panic attacks, depression, and severe agorophobia. I've had it for years and this site has definately helped me feel better about having this disorder.

I have this disorder but it does NOT have me... (I think lyn says that in her quote... )

H, I'm new here too. I'm 31 and suffer from Anxiety but not sure which one. I saw a Psychologist a few times but it didn't help me. I was given some helpful advice though.
I also suffer from Panic Attacks and thought I was just nervous until a few years ago.
In the Autumn, Winter and Spring months, I lose confidence and even though I haven't been diagnosed, I think I get Agoraphobic. I rarely go out in those months. Maybe its cos I'm emetophobic.

I just wish I could find a job and be given the chance to succeed by employer that understands me. I haven't worked for a few years and my Anxiety etc has got worse since then.

I love that name, it speaks volumes to your attitude and you have come to the right place for a fresh start. Welcome to HealingWell and the A & P Forum.

I am so sorry you are going through a rough time.  You mentioned a Pdoc, have you ever been in therapy.  You will read a lot about people in therapy and the success they have had.

I understand your wanting to get a job and I know we will have lots of suggestions for you.

If you would like to start your own thread just hit New topic and a message window opens for you to type into.  That way we won't lose track of you.
Also I am bumping up the thread for newbies to share a bit about themselves.  You can share if you choose and in is only what you feel comfortable sharing.

We are here for you so please know we care. I am delighted to meet you.
