I was on antibiotics for months to treat my lyme disease, and I had to keep my yeast under control. I used the things I mentioned here and they all worked.
Apple cider Vinegar also helps with anxiety. It has a high content of vitamins (especially potassium which anxiety sufferers so lack due to the constant strain on the body).
Apple Cider Vinegar cannot be take in pill form. It's best taken in liquid. Organic, unpastorized and with "mother" in it. This can be found at most good grocery stores. Also ACV (apple cider vin) will not cause more acid in the stomach, as some people believe, it actually neutralizes it. I take mine in a shot glass with some organic apple juice. It tastes awful, but when you do it in a shot, it goes down quick AND you get used to the taste after a while.
