Deb, i've been have that same Stinkin Thinkin stuff too, and it is no fun... I find sleep to be the number one thing that throws me off. Be kind to yourself and once you adjust to your new schedule, your stress level should go down. Give it some time and give yourself some space mentally to adjust, and again be easy on yourself.
