Ok, i'll join in on the fun.
Riding my bicycle, taking photos of birds (hawks and ravens are my favorite), going to the beach, hanging out with my friends, reading sometimes helps, archery (though its been a while since i've done that), cleaning, Watching funny movies!, talking to my mom on the phone, MUSIC is a life saver, going to my psychiatrist (most of the time, sometimes not :), Painting, drinking tea, saving money (like adding money to my savings account always brings a sense of security)... And writing on this forum helps me so much.
Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Depression, possibly Bipolar 2.
