Make an effort to stay focused on what's happening now. What do you see, hear, and smell? How do you feel? Truly be 'present' in the moment! That will help you keep the anxiety down.
Remember your ok, the anxiety cannot hurt you, your safe. All of your HW family is surrounding you with love and letting you know you are ok. Close your eyes and imagine we are all there keeping you safe from the anxiety. We are all supporting you.
