HI again 240
I just answered your first post in other thread.........
First what are you procrastinating about if you dont mind ....??

I without knowing more would suggesst that you take waht you have to get done and list the things and do one or 2 things daily to get the stuff /things done

If I remember you also are looking after a parent which in itself is a very hard BUT loving and rewarding consuming thing to do .........

I will bet you will get some more input if you give us a lil more info my friend k

Take care

240w, Ahh procrastination.....the enemy! It's easy to feel overwhelmed with everything you have to do in life (and it sounds like you have a lot on your plate.)
I find that making lists of things that I have to do, for the day, the week and the month and then ticking them off as I go really helps me.  I am student and a full time worker at the moment so my life is full on busy.  Sometimes my head spins with the sheer amount I have to get through and then I freeze.
If I can look at my list and see what I have achieved it calms me down.
I hope this helps a bit and I look forward to getting to know you better. :-) You are not alone in this.
