OK so here's what I've done today..I'm PWEASED as Punch!I woke very early Morning..had a cup of Decaffeinated Coffee..carried a bag of trash to reseptacle (before Daylight) Yesterday's Mail..tweezed my Brows..washed Dishes..had another cup of Decaffeinated..scooped Courtney Cat's Litterbox then emptied it at the very back gate, washed, sanitized and refilled..carried a Wal-Mart Bag of Trash to reseptacle..had a hot dressed..made Breakfast..brushed Teeth..put Face on.fixed Hair..Jewelry..went to Vote..stopped off and got Lunch..went to someone's House and to the Post Office before arriving back at Home..
I PROMISE ANYONE who is Agoraphobic..if I can achieve the above SO CAN YOU!FEEL the FEAR and DO it anyway!MAKE yourself...Break through the wall of Anticipatory Anxiety and do it anyway! It WILL get easier..promise!
I've been outside 4 times and went to Town once..if I can!
The sweet freedom you will feel is the BEST feeling in all the World..

Thank you..I simply got tired of being stuck to the House and life passing me my dear, wise and beautiful late Grandmother used to say,"All I'm doing is staring at these 4 Walls." Well,I got tired of staring at these 4 Walls,so decided to do something about it.All it took was moving my 2 Feet forward and believing in myself..
