Hello everyone! For those of you that don't know me,i'm Panike! I've been in a member here for some time,I just hadn't been here for a long while! For those of you who do rememember me,I would just like to say first of all i've missed everyone! I've been doin ok! I've finally found a job i enjoy and i still have panic attacks! I guess some things never change!"LOL" I'm still taking my same meds celexa,hydroxizine,and xanax! The xanax really works for real emotional melt downs! I wished i could stay on it forever! Things have been ok in my life lately! I have my ups and downs! I haven't had a real bad panic attack lately but i have had some small episodes! Kitt and Lynn,how are you guys doing? I've missed you all! Last time i was here Kitt's husband was having some health problems,is he doing ok? To all the new members hello,and i hope you're getting just as much from this forum as i have! turn

I'm so happy you have found a job you enjoy, it can make life so much better can't it?! Keep fighting that panic and know that I sure have missed you too :-)

Hey there, so glad to see you back.  Lyn has been off for awhile as she is quite ill with her Crohns and all the family matters in her life right now.

Yes my hubby had surgery and he is a bit over 2 weeks post op, doing very well.

I am glad your meds are working for you, whooooooo hoooooooo. I am happy you found a job and I hope it is in a field that you like. You have been missed so it is nice to have you back home with the HW family.
