I am sorry to hear about
this awful issue that you are currently dealing with. I have had dizziness as an anxiety symptom, and it is miserable.;(
Improper breathing and muscle tension can cause dizziness...and a lot of people who suffer from anxiety symptoms, often say that they don't 'feel' stressed.
We often become accustomed to the current anxiety in our lives, not really aware that it is gradually building up. We are also not aware of things like tight/tense muscles, and shallow rapid breathing.
Here are a few exercises to try for relief. Pay special attention to the progressive muscle relaxation and deep breathing. Try them 3xs a day, everyday for a week and see how you feel.
