Welcome to HealingWell. I am sorry to hear of your issues with panic attacks. Could you try to let the thoughts into your mind and then let them flow right out again. Stay in the moment, right now, what is happening to you. Don't look behind and don't worry about the what ifs.
Try taking nice slow deep breaths and go out and take a walk if your at home. Look around the grocery store and see the colors of the vegetable and fruits, just stay focused on the moment.
Do not put yourself down, make a list about all the good things you do. The world is a better place with you in it.
