Hi Caren-

That is a nice quote for sure!  Here's one that I just started
using as my signature on my e-mails:

"My heart remained restless until it rested in God."
- Augustine

This has truly helped me become calmer, and remember the times
I had lost faith where I was restless with severe anxiety/PTSD/Night Terrors, etc.,
and reminds me of when I climbed slowly back from the dark abyss how much
more *light* my spirit felt, and feels (most of the time).

Caren,

We all know what "stinkin thinkin" can do, but it's good to hear about the opposite working well. I think it's a great idea to give yourself lots of positive reinforcement and courage during the day, and especially when you're anxious. That verse is a really nice one!
